Delivery Information

We keep our delivery simple by offering contact free delivery. Just select the day you’d like your order on the basket page. We are currently only offering home deliveries, so click & collect is unavailable for the foreseeable future.

How our deliveries work

We’ll place your order by your front door, then we’ll knock and step back to keep our distance from you. If we get no answer we will phone you incase you didn’t hear us knock. If we don’t get answer to the phone call we won’t leave the order unless otherwise instructed, and we will try again on the next available day. 

Delivery Fees

Home deliveries are free when you spend over £25. If you spend between £10-£24.99 there is a small delivery fee of £3.

Delivery Times

If you’d like to know an estimated delivery time, please phone or email us on the morning of your delivery. We can then check our delivery route for that day and give you a rough time slot. 

Please note our online orders are processed in our catering unit in Swindon, not our shop in Purton, hence why we can offer deliveries when our retail shop is closed.

  

We deliver to the following post codes:

  • SN1
  • SN2
  • SN3
  • SN4 (Wroughton, Royal Wotton Bassett, Wanborough and Broadtown only)
  • SN5
  • SN25
  • Ashton Keynes and Minety. Excludes Saturdays 
  • Shrivenham, Watchfield and Highworth, - We now deliver to these areas and we’ll try our best to deliver on the date you’ve selected, but as these areas are a bit further out we may have to delay your delivery one day to group together orders in your area. Excludes Saturdays 

If you order and you do not live in an eligible postcode we will refund your order as soon as we flag up the order. We’re sorry if you live outside our delivery range, but we currently don’t have the capacity to deliver to any other postcodes than the ones listed above.
