Skirt is a versatile cut which can be cooked in many different ways. We only use the 'flank' skirt, which is thicker and more tender than other types of skirt, which makes it ideal for dicing for stews, or for cutting into strips for stir fry. Sold in packs of 500g
Keep refrigerated < 5°C after delivery. We vacuum pack our skirt to help keep it fresher for longer, typically with a 7 day shelf life. If you plan on freezing, please freeze on the day of delivery for best results.
