Lamb Leg Joint
By far the most popular Lamb joint, the leg is a lean cut of lamb, with a layer of outer fat, which keeps it moist whilst cooking. Our lambs are sourced from British farms, and are trimmed and tied into a joint by our butchers. We recommend to keep the bone in for flavour, but if you rather have it boneless, just select the option and we'll remove the bone! Please remember the joint will weigh slightly less once the bone is removed!
