Bone in or bone out?
With a little more fat than the leg, the shoulder locks in the flavour while cooking, giving you a succulent roast dinner. We recommend you keep the bone in to enhance the flavour, but we can remove the bone if you prefer, but please remember the joint will weigh less once the bone is removed!
